Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan  pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian explanatory research. Tehnik sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik Proportional Random Sampling (tehnik sampel proposional) besarnya ditetapkan berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebesar 74 dari 277 tenaga perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) H. Hanafie Muara Bungo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analisys). Hasil penelitian bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.   Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Perawat.   The purpose of this study to analyze and explain the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction and nurse performance. This research includes explanatory research. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling as determined by Slovin formula 74 of 277 nurses Regional General Hospital H. Hanafie Muara Bungo. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis. Research results effect the organizational culture is not significant on job satisfaction, organizational culture significant influence on nurse performance, work motivation significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation significant influence on nurse performance, and the job satisfaction is not a significant influence on nurse performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The stock market is the place to look for funding activities of the company to fund its operations . The main function of the capital market is as a means of capital formation and accumulation of funds for the financing of a company . In order to facilitate the needs of Muslims in Indonesia who have interest in investment in capital market products , then developed Islamic capital markets in accordance with the basic principles of Islam which is expected to add an alternative means of investment in Indonesia in addition to the investment , which is already known and growing banking sector . Islamic stocks are stocks that the operation does not conflict with Islamic law , either the product or its management . Grouping Islamic stocks are in the Jakarta Islamic Index ( JII ) at the Indonesian Stock Exchange ( BEI ) . Getting a return ( profit ) is the main objective of the trading activity of investors in the capital market . Analysis of the company is one of the means used to analyze a stock investor to do by looking at the financial performance assessed with financial ratios . Fungsi utama pasar modal adalah sebagai sarana pembentukan modal dan akumulasi dana bagi pembiayaan suatu perusahaan. Dalam rangka memfasilitasi kebutuhan umat Islam di Indonesia yang memiliki minat investasi pada produk-produk pasar modal, maka dikembangkan pasar modal syariah yang sesuai dengan prinsip dasar Islam sehingga diharapkan akan menambah alternatif sarana investasi di Indonesia disamping investasi yang selama ini sudah dikenal dan berkembang disektor perbankan. Saham syariah merupakan saham-saham perusahaan yang dalam operasionalnya tidak bertentangan dengan syariat islam, baik mengenai produk maupun manajemennya. Pengelompokan saham syariah berada dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Memperoleh return (keuntungan) merupakan tujuan utama dari aktivitas perdagangan para investor di pasar modal. Analisis perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan investor untuk menganalisis suatu saham yang dapat dilakukan dengan melihat kinerja keuangan yang dinilai dengan rasio keuangan. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of macroeconomic variables on the fluctuation of Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research consists of four macroeconomic variables as independent variables; inflation, BI rate, exchange rate of rupiah against U.S. dollar and real GDP. The using of JCI as dependent variable is because of it reflects the price change in different types of stocks in the Indonesia capital market as generally. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) is used as data analysis technique. Quarterly data are obtained for the period of ten years starting from January 2003 until December 2012. Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) and Phillips-Perron (PP) Unit Root test is employed to check the stationary of data. The results show that data has autocorrelation problem, therefore modifying original equation is taken to take account of the serial correlation by transforming all the variables by r differencing using first differences (regressing yt – yt-1 and xt – xt-1). The result reveals that macroeconomic variables simultaneously have significant impact on JCI. In addition, there are significantly negative impact of BI rate and exchange rate on JCI. The result also reveals that inflation and real GDP do not have any significant impact on JCI. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM), on Revisit Intention with the intervening effect of Destination Image. 100 questionnaires were distributed to tourists who come to Mount Bromo through convenience sampling approach. The scales of measurement used in this study is Likert scale. Validity and Reliability of the measurement scale were established with the formula analysis correlation Product Moment Pearson and Cronbach’s Alpha. The technique of data analysis in this study use path analysis. Path analysis is a statistical method used to examine the hypothesized (casual) relationship between two or more variables. The empirical result from the path analysis suggests that Word of Mouth (WOM) has influence on Revisit Intention. Word of Mouth (WOM) consists of Organic Word of Mouth and Amplified Word of Mouth. Organic Word of Mouth has a positive significant influence on Revisit Intention.  Amplified Word of Mouth has a negative non significant influence on Revisit Mount Bromo but if through Destination Image, Amplified Word of Mouth has a positive significant influence on Revisit Intention.   Keywords: Word of Mouth, Organic Word of Mouth, Amplified Word of Mouth, Destination Image, Revisit Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the causal relationship between Destination Attractiveness, Place Attachment and Visitors Satisfaction of Kampung Wisata Kungkuk, Batu-East Java using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. Data were collected from 75 respondents by questionnaire. It was found that Destination Attractiveness has a significant influence on Place Attachment, Destination Attractiveness has a significant influence on Visitors Satisfaction, and Place Attachment has a significant influence on Visitors Satisfaction. Similarly there is relationship between Destination Attractiveness, Place Attachment and Visitors Satisfaction. Equally, the higher attractiveness of destination, the higher are attachment and satisfaction levels. These results will provide potential guidelines for Kampung Wisata Kungkuk to attract and create visitors satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of audit delay on investor behavior as well as moderating influences the audit opinion and the audit delay timely submission of financial reports . The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012 . Selection of the study period because empirical evidence shows that in the period of 2010-2012 there are many investors who sell its stake because the company is not in the timely submission of financial reports to the Capital Markets Authority. Objects in this study is that investor behavior is measured using two analysis are trading volume activity and abnormal returns . The results of the study provide evidence that first , there is insignificant influence on the behavior of audit delay investors through timely submission of financial reports. Second, strengthen the relationship between the audit opinion and the audit delay timely submission of financial reports. Third , there is a positive influence on the relationship between audit opinion on the behavior of investors. Keywords : Investor Behavior, Timeliness, Audit Delay and Audit Opinion .   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh audit delay terhadap perilaku investor serta pengaruh moderasi opini audit terhadap audit delay dan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2012. Pemilihan periode penelitian tersebut karena bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa pada rentang waktu tahun 2010-2012 masih terdapat banyak investor yang menjual kepemilikan sahamnya karena perusahaan yang tidak tepat waktu dalam penyampaian laporan keuangannya kepada Otoritas Pasar Modal. Obyek pada penelitian ini merupakan perilaku investor yang diukur menggunakan dua analisa yaitu trading volume activity dan abnormal return. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa pertama, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan audit delay terhadap perilaku investor melalui ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan. Kedua, opini audit memperkuat hubungan antara audit delay dan ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap hubungan antara opini audit terhadap perilaku investor. Kata kunci: Perilaku Investor, Ketepatan Waktu, Audit Delay dan Opini Audit.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to test and explain the effect of firm characteristics on firm value, 2) to test and explain the effect of capital structure on firm value, 3) to test whether firm characteristics or capital structure have greater effect on firm value. The research type is explanatory research. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. There were 69 companies selected from 93 companies registered on the “trade, service, and investment” industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2008-2012. Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to examine the effect of firm characteristics and capital structure on firm value. The results showed that, firstly, firm characteristics have positive and significant effect on firm value. Secondly, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Lastly, firm characteristics have greater effect on firm value. Keywords: Partial Least Square, Firm Characteristics, Capital Structure, and Firm Value.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2) untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3) untuk menguji apakah karakteristik perusahaan atau struktur modal yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Terdapat 69 perusahaan yang terpilih sebagai sampel, dari 93 perusahaan yang terdaftar di sektor “perdagangan, jasa, dan investasi” di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2008-2012. Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, karakteristik perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. kedua, struktur modal memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. terakhir, karakteristik perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Leadership is the ability to influence others in this case the subordinates so that someone else was willing to do the will of the leader personally though it may not be favored. Organizational culture is a social force that is not visible, which can move people within an organization to perform work activities. Are not aware of each person in an organization to learn the prevailing culture within the organization. Strong culture and positive influence on the behavior and effectiveness of the organization's performance. Terms of the employees, high employee commitment will result in improved performance of the employees themselves. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, organizational commitment and employee performance.   Kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi orang lain dalam hal ini para bawahannya sedemikian rupa sehingga orang lain itu mau melakukan kehendak pemimpin meskipun secara pribadi hal itu mungkin tidak disenangi. Budaya organisasi merupakan kekuatan sosial yang tidak tampak, yang dapat menggerakkan orang-orang dalam suatu organisasi untuk melakukan aktivitas kerja. Secara tidak sadar tiap-tiap orang didalam suatu organisasi mempelajari budaya yang berlaku didalam organisasinya. Budaya yang kuat dan positif sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dan efektifitas kinerja organisasi. Abstract

This research is performed in order to test the relationship between internal and external factor on capital structure and financial performance in property and real estate sector listed in IDX. Unit of analysis consists of 26 companies. Analysis shows that Internal Factor has negative significant influence on Capital Structure and External factor has negative influence on negative effect of capital structure. Besides, better internal factor (Liquidity and firm size) did not make the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX become good. This study precisely shows that the test result is insignificant between the internal factor and financial performance which was measured by ROE. The test results, as well as the relationship between external factor and financial performance, have insignificant influence and the last hypothesis testing shows that Capital structure has positive significant influence on financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX.   Key words: internal factor, external factor, capital structure, financial performance.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini ada 5 yaitu: 1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh keterlibatan fashion terhadap emosi positif yang dirasakan Pembeli 2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh atmosfer tokoterhadap emosi positif yang dirasakan Pembeli 3) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh emosi  positif terhadap perilaku pembelian tidak terencana 4) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh keterlibatan fashion terhadap pembelian tidak terencana 5) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh atmosfer toko terhadap  pembelian tidak terencana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksplanatory. Metode pengambilan data dengan teknik survai. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pembeli di Boutique Mayang Collectiondengan jumlah sampel 100 dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah accidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) keterlibatan fashion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap emosi positif, 2) atmosfer toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap emosi positif, 3) emosi positif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pembelian tidak terencana, 4) keterlibatan fashion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, 5) atmosfer toko berpengaruh positif tetapi  tidak signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana.   Kata Kunci : Keterlibatan Fashion, Atmosfer Toko, Emosi Positif, dan Pembelian Tidak Terencana.   The purpose of this research there are 5 objectives: 1) analyze and explain the influence of fashion involvement on perceived Buyer Positive Emotions 2) analyze and explain the effect of store atmosphere on the perceived Buyer Positive Emotions 3) analyze and explain the influence of Positive Emotions on impulse buying 4) analyze and explain the influence  fashion involevement to impulse buying, 5) analyze and explain the effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying. This type of research used in this study is the type of explanatory research. Methods of survey data collection techniques. Population and sample in this study was a buyer at Mayang Boutique Collection with a sample size of 100 and the sample collection technique is accidental sampling. Data analysis method used is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the 1) fashioninvolvement positive and significant effect on Positive Emotions, 2) store atmosphere positive and significant effect on Positive Emotions 3) positive emotions positively and significantly impulse buying 4) Fashion involvement  positive and significant effect on impulse buying 5) store atmosphere positive but not significant effect on impulse buying.
